REPRODUTIVOS<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0b5b33e e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" direitos sexuais e direitos reprodutivos das mulheres \u00e9 fundamental para a garantia dos direitos humanos. Esse exerc\u00edcio vem sendo impedido pelo conservadorismo e pela tutela do corpo das mulheres na concep\u00e7\u00e3o das pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas, bem como pela precariza\u00e7\u00e3o das mesmas.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c9 imprescind\u00edvel que sejam asseguradas a laicidade do Estado, j\u00e1 prevista na Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o Federal de 1988, e a autonomia\u00a0 das mulheres em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao livre exerc\u00edcio de sua sexualidade e reprodu\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Os direitos sexuais e reprodutivos compreendem a livre escolha da reprodu\u00e7\u00e3o ou n\u00e3o reprodu\u00e7\u00e3o; o acesso \u00e0s informa\u00e7\u00f5es e educa\u00e7\u00e3o sexual e aos m\u00e9todos contraceptivos e de preven\u00e7\u00e3o; a viv\u00eancia da sexualidade livre de discrimina\u00e7\u00f5es e viol\u00eancia; Este trabalho \u00e9 socialmente desvalorizado e invisibilizado, o que acarreta desigualdades em diversas esferas da vida das mulheres, inclusive em sua condi\u00e7\u00e3o econ\u00f4mica e inser\u00e7\u00e3o no mercado de trabalho remunerado.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por consequ\u00eancia, as mulheres, em especial as negras, continuam a ocupar fun\u00e7\u00f5es mais precarizadas e mal remuneradas, com menos acesso a direitos &#8211; visto que t\u00eam que conciliar com afazeres de casa e tarefas do cuidado. O que \u00e9 agravado pela precariza\u00e7\u00e3o de pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas, que n\u00e3o oferecem suporte para a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o dessas tarefas.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Neste sentido, compreendemos a import\u00e2ncia de a\u00e7\u00f5es com o objetivo de dar visibilidade e valorizar o trabalho realizado pelas mulheres. E a dissemina\u00e7\u00e3o de informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre os direitos e as condi\u00e7\u00f5es de trabalho das mulheres e sua autonomia econ\u00f4mica \u00e9 de suma import\u00e2ncia.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ff48efc e-flex e-con-boxed e-con enfrentamento \u00e0 viol\u00eancia contra as mulheres.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A viol\u00eancia contra as mulheres \u00e9 uma das manifesta\u00e7\u00f5es mais graves das rela\u00e7\u00f5es de poder, historicamente desiguais, entre homens e mulheres, limitando o exerc\u00edcio da liberdade, dos direitos e vida das mulheres.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Consideramos que o enfrentamento \u00e0s viol\u00eancias contra as mulheres n\u00e3o deve estar dissociado da luta contra o racismo e a lesbofobia, visto que estas opress\u00f5es se somam e aprofundam as viol\u00eancias.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A viol\u00eancia contra as mulheres \u00e9 praticada de diversas formas: viol\u00eancia dom\u00e9stica, ass\u00e9dio e viol\u00eancia sexual, explora\u00e7\u00e3o sexual, viol\u00eancia f\u00edsica, institucional, viol\u00eancia psicol\u00f3gica, patrimonial, entre
