Maioria no trabalho dom\u00e9stico e de cuidados (marcado por longas jornadas, baixa remunera\u00e7\u00e3o e pouca valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o), as mulheres negras acumulam a <strong>sobrecarga do trabalho<\/strong> remunerado com as responsabilidades de cuidado <strong>n\u00e3o pago<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Mesmo quando possuem maior escolaridade, seguem recebendo sal\u00e1rios menores em compara\u00e7\u00e3o a outros grupos, o que evidencia que a <strong>desigualdade<\/strong> n\u00e3o \u00e9 apenas de acesso, mas estrutural.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Nesse cen\u00e1rio, a redu\u00e7\u00e3o da jornada de trabalho pode significar mais tempo de descanso, autocuidado e qualifica\u00e7\u00e3o, contribuindo para<strong> romper ciclos de explora\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong> e ampliar as possibilidades de autonomia e <strong>qualidade de vida<\/strong> para as mulheres negras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Por isso, neste <strong>Dia Internacional pela Elimina\u00e7\u00e3o da Discrimina\u00e7\u00e3o Racial<\/strong>, reafirmamos que combater o racismo passa, necessariamente, por garantir melhores condi\u00e7\u00f5es de vida, trabalho digno e justi\u00e7a social para as mulheres negras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images
